These terms govern the use of madeira.fun, your digital guide in Madeira. The full, binding text is shown on this page in the app. The main areas covered:

Accounts - registration, sign-in options, and account responsibilities.
Bookings and tickets - event tickets, class and tour bookings, cancellations, and transfers.
Hiking permit reservations - we automate the official Simplifica reservation; the permit fee is always paid directly to the government.
Verified Permits - the government sends the permit to madeira.fun's permit mailbox; we store it encrypted and keep it hidden until you reveal it, and delete it 30 days after the hike.
Payments and refunds - card payments, refund conditions, and coupon use.
Content and acceptable use - user content, prohibited behavior, and moderation.
Digital products - the Madeira Fun Pass, digital guides, and interactive maps.
