Slapstick Parade

The “Trapalhão” Parade (slapstick parade), held on Shrove Tuesday, is a satirical parade inspired by local cultural heritage. It draws inspiration from spontaneous parades of the early 20th century. Participants showcase creativity through social and political satire, traditional themes, or character disguises.
